How it works

Choose a package

Choose the package that's right for the property and you.  We can even liase with your property manager.

Get compliant and certified

Our team will organise an initial baseline report and ensure  you are certified and compliant.

Tenant scans QR code

When there is a fault, the tenant just uses the supplied QR code.  No arguments, no quote request, no organising access.

We organise, repair and report

Our in-house experts will ensure that repairs are completed quickly, in compliance and with guarantees.

No power to Kitchen Appliances

Tenant needs it rectified ASAP.


Non-Member


As this is an urgent matter the property manager contacts and engages the next available electrician which comes at a premium rate. This is necessary to address the issue in a timely manner meeting landlord obligation.


Depending on time-of-day typical charges can amount to more than $585 + GST.


Alternatively, it is decided that the matter is less urgent and is addressed the next business day during business hours, the property manager may find an electrician that is cheaper by 25%. This delayed response time results in an unsatisfied tenant leaving them without power to kitchen appliances for more than a day or even longer.

CARE+ Membership ensures your tenants receive first class service, same day response time without the premium charges saving you up to 65% of repair costs.


All packages include at least 3 call outs a year for any Electrical, Plumbing or Handyman repairs.

Toilet Exhaust Fan not working

Non-Member


Tenant reports Toilet Exhaust Fan has stopped working, which requires an electrician to attend and investigate the problem. This incurs a call out fee of approximately $120 + GST for the first 30min.

It is determined that the inline exhaust fan needs replacing which requires another visit, for an additional $320 + GST for parts and labour. Costing you around $440 + GST.


Essential Package Member


Care+ Members pay $35 + GST for initial callout as well as the supply and replacement of Exhaust fan. Saving you 47% of repair costs and a full year cover for at least 2 other repairs.


All packages include at least 3 call outs a year for any Electrical, Plumbing or Handyman repairs.

Kitchen Sink - Blocked Drain

Non-Member


Tenant reports blocked sink drain which requires a plumber to attend site and clear the blockage. Typically, it would cost you a call out fee of $160 + GST and acid for approximately $45 + GST.  If blockage is due to grease and fat build up, acid may either work temporarily or simply not work at all. Further treatment or an alternative method is required. Such as water jetting, rodding, or vacuuming. Either method will incur additional time and fees typically in the order of $250-$350 for a short line.  A blocked drain could end up costing you anywhere between $205 - $555 + GST.


Essential Package Member  


Care+ Membership covers blocked drains and many other plumbing problems for a low yearly subscription including parts and labour. Costing you less than a single maintenance request for a simple blocked drain.
